• Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.

• Though a private chef is available to prepare sumptuous meals of your choice, guests do have access to the kitchen.

• A complimentary breakfast is offered.

• For vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, a complete 3-course lunch is priced at INR1800.00 per person, per meal and dinner is priced at INR2400 per person, per meal.

The Neighbourhood:

Located in the foothills of the Himalayas off the Mussoorie Diversion Road, Chandrothi is a small Village at the outskirts of Dehradun, located close to Mussoorie in Uttarakhand. The village is known for its adventure activities, ancient temples, popular cafes and as the valley of lights. Gateway to Garhwal Himalayas, Our location is also a pilgrimage town and one of the holiest places for Hindus. The property is half way up to Mussoorie and has panoramic views equal to none.

The tranquil town has long been a spiritual center but is equally popular for the forest walks, bungee jumping, mountain biking and camping along the perineal River. It also serves as the gateway to many Himalayan treks. Malsi Reserve forest adjoins the property, which is known for its diverse species of birds. 20 mins away from the property are various art studios, cafes and hotspots for families and young adventure seekers.

Other things to note:

• A cleaning charge Rs.5,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing in pets.

• Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Wanderlust Lifespaces are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.

• Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable

• Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area/ or in the balcony. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.

• Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need

• Breakfast is complimentary

• Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm

• Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance

• Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date.

• Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Wanderlust Lifespaces, with additional charges.

• Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of Wanderlust Lifespaces.
