Wanderlust Lifespaces and A3S Technologies (hereafter referred to as “Wanderlust”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an online platform or marketplace that connects our Guests to Accommodations (as defined below) and other services described herein (collectively, the “Services”). These Services are accessible at http://www.wanderlustlifespaces.com and on any other websites through which Wanderlust makes the Services available (collectively, the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you have confirmed a Reservation through these Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and Services and all Content (as defined below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Wanderlust. Please read carefully these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Website. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them below.
Key Terms

“Accommodation” means any residential or other property listed on the Website that may be booked for a temporary stay.

“Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials and includes User Content.

“User Content” means all Content that a Guest submits or transmits to Wanderlust as a testimonial or comment regarding the Website or Services.

“Guest” means a person who has received an email from Wanderlust confirming a Reservation of an Accommodation made via the Website.

“Owner” means one who has ownership of an Accommodation available or listed on the Website.

“Reservation” means an arrangement between you and the Owner of an Accommodation to have that Accommodation reserved for your use at a specific future time.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES OR BY DOWNLOADING OR POSTING ANY CONTENT FROM OR ON THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE CONFIRMED A RESERVATION. THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR PERSONS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. ANY ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES BY ANYONE UNDER 18 IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER. Modification
Wanderlust reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Website, Content or Services or to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of these Terms. By continuing to access or use the Site, Content or Services after we have posted a modification on the Site or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease accessing or using the Site, Content and Services.
Use of Information
Unless otherwise specified, copyright in all copyrightable subject matter on any of our Website is owned by Wanderlust Lifespaces. To the extent that Wanderlust Lifespaces have the right to do so without compensation to third parties, and except for materials or information specifically provided under other terms, Wanderlust Lifespaces grants you permission to copy or otherwise download from any of our Website, information and materials (including related graphics), provided:

Wanderlust Lifespaces is under no obligation to monitor the information residing or transmitted to this website. However, anyone accessing this website agrees that Wanderlust Lifespaces may monitor the website to:
